Your Keys to Paradise is an exclusive book of luxury experiences created for select corporate guests at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Designed in collaboration with Svevo Borin, Chief Concierge at the time, I led the project from concept to execution—curating bespoke offerings, partnering with local vendors, crafting the layout, and photographing many of the experiences. The “keys” nod to the crossed golden keys, the global symbol of the concierge profession, and the book itself became a high-touch tool for high-profile clientele—helping drive over $700K in experience sales in its first year.
